S4 EP8 Spellbound

Picking up right where we left off from last week, Marnie’s coven are chanting attempting expose all the vampires into the sun and poor Jessica looks to become one of their victims. Low and behold Jason comes to her rescue before she can burn to a crispy critter only to find out the because of the spell instead of being grateful for his heroic act he just may become the mid afternoon snack. Right before Jason fears it may be too late for him, Jessica comes to and thanks him for saving her as they have tender moment. Returning Jessica to the cell, Bill is relieved Jessica has not met the sun and tells Jason that they are in his debt while Jason restrains Jessica under silver again for the remainder of the day.





At the Shreveport pack, Alcide and Debbie attend a pack meeting where Marcus stresses to everyone that the pack will not be getting involved in with the war between the vampires and the witches. Alcide does not seem to be all that happy in that decision. As Alcide and Debbie start to leave the get together, Alcide is drawn into stopping a fight between a few pack members and impressing Marcus in the long run.




Sam heads to lunas to explain how sorry he is for his for his brother’s actions and tells her he is out of his life. After being invited in for dinner during the meal Luna’s ex Marcus arrives and starts to pick a fight with same due to being jealous of the fact she is having a relationship with a shifter. After threatening Sam Marcus leaves reassuring Sam it won’t be the last he has seen of him.





Over at Sookie’s she helps take the silver off of Eric since it is no longer daylight. Seeing that he is to week to recover and heal fast enough she offers her blood to heal him. Eric Tells Sookie to silver him if he becomes uncontrollable so as not to harm her, after taking a small about he offers his blood to her telling her that they shall be one! And so the blood bond begins!!!! Eric and Sookie then seem to take a V trip scene where they make lo in a Viking like setting on a bed of fur in the middle of the woods in the snow……I had much more to say about this scene since I was so damn disappointed from the scene that I looked forward to seeing from the books since I read it, and I am talking years of anticipation!!! See here for my rants about it…lol Ugh even more of the trippy sex blah blah. After the V trip, Eric and Sookie have a heartfelt conversation of how they should help the King in this fight because it is the right thing to do convo. Eric tries to convince Sookie to just run away with him so they can live together in forever and professes his love for her.







Jessica has a few dreams while waiting to be unsilvered about her and Hoyt. In her dream she tells Hoyt they no longer can be together all the while Hoyt begs and pleads with her to say with him. Seriously Hoyt be a man lol. Jessica annoyed with how he is reacting smashes Hoyts head onto the table killing him instantly and goes to have sex with Jason. She then wakes up to a human donor that she is to feed on to heal. She then goes home to tell Hoyt that she feels they should in fact break up. Hoyt however, unlike in her dream, is mad as hell and treat her like shit and says some extremely nasty things then rescinds her invitation to prevent her of being inside the house. Hurt and confused, Jessica’s goes over to Jason’s hoping for comfort only to be rejected yet again.







Jason joins up with Andy on a vampire crime scene where Andy, with his V addiction is almost ready to lick the remains of the vampire right off the ground when Jason has to stop him. As Jason is yells at him to pull himself together, Andy has yet another great line stating “Jesus Tits and god America Jason what the fuck is happening to me dud?!” lmao Now that one is right up with last season’s statement “Conscience off Dick on and everything is going to be all right”! King Bill arrives to make a statement on the tragic events of the apparent vampire suicide as to easy the public’s concern for their safety.





Back ate the moon goddess emporium, Marnie/Antonia are outraged at the small outcome of their plans to destroy the vampires. As she rants and raves to Tara, Tara is happy to help in the quest to vanquish all of the undead as she answers the phone. Bill, surprised to hear Tara’s voice, asks to speak with Antonia. He purposes a meeting to establish peace among the vampires and the witches and apologizes for all the wrong doings she had to endure. She accepts and they set up to meet at midnight in the Bon Temps Cemetery.





Meanwhile Tommy sets out to break into Maxine Fortenberry’s house and steels a few items like clothes jewelry and other personal things of hers. At Merlotte’s Arlene and Terry have an argument over Mikey while the strange ghost woman comes to visit him singing him a lullaby in creole when he walks in on her and realizing she is a ghost says screw this and walks back on out of the kitchen. Tommy arrives having shifted into Maxine Fortenberry to meet up with a man to discuss getting money from her property.




Lafayette has a dream back at his house about what happened to the ghost woman and what had happened to her and her newborn child. After he awakes he sees he standing in his living room and before he can do anything to prevent it, she takes over his body. She then goes as layette to the bellefluers where she/he takes Mikey thinking he is her son.






Eric and Sookie visit Bill and pledge their allegiance and convince Bill to let them help in his fight aginst the witches. Knowing he will not convince tm to stay out of it he reltuctantly aggrees and accepts their help. As they meet at the cemetery, Bill and Marnie agree they are not on their own. Sookie is surprised of Tara’s presence but knows what she must do. As Marnie and Bill talk negotiations Sookie hears that a spell is being cast and warns Bill. Eric takes the first actin ripping out a witches heart smiling all along then all hell breaks loose. Knowing all of this is going down Alcide runs in the aid of Sookie hearing the screams on the cemetery. Bill forbids Pam to harm Tara and she asked why he cared with his reply of she knows why. Sookie is shot into the crossfire and Eric and Bill start to run to her aid when Bill is chained in silver and Eric is put under yet another spell from Antonia. Alcide finds Sookie and runs her out of the chaos back to her house, yet little does he know Debbie followed him seeing how he is trying to save sookie after he promised to stay away from her.

S4 EP6 I Wish I Was The Moon

After the long awaited kiss between Eric and Sookie we open with the two of them moving it into the house and escalating into taking off each others clothing. At this point I’m like woo hoo!! But that moment is interrupted as well as Eric and Sookie by party pooper Bill busting into Sookie’s house uninvited (she really needs to get that fixed..lol) and he and Eric start throwing each other around. Eric is about to stake Bill with a fireplace poker when Sookie tells him he can’t “he is your king”. Dan it Sookie, what a wasted opportunity there!

Bill, the jealous jerk that he is, arrests Eric as Sookie follows them back to Bill’s plantation. Sookie and Bill argue and of course he is sore at the fact that she lied to him about Eric being there when she reminds him he has no right talking to her about lying. (Bill must have a short term memory in the fact he lied to her countless times from the very moment of laying eyes upon her). Eric attempts to tell Sookie she has done enough and o not worry about him and of course Bill shows that jealous side of himself when he states that she certainly has. Sookie however fires back that he has been sticking his fangs and whatever else in who knows (there’s that short term memory thing we were just talking about there Bill, only a few days ago you were screwing in biting Katie and Sookie walked into that awkward situation. You may want to get that checked out there mate!) As the argument ensues, Bill tells Sookie she needs to stay out of it and go home but when she refuses to leave without Eric, Bill instructs his guards to arrest her if she sets foot on his property again. Yeah that is so not going to help win her back there buddy.

Down in the holding cells Eric is put in with Pam. He sees she is falling apart, literally. Pam tries to tell Eric who he really is but Eric refuses to be who he was before. Pam pleads but Eric tells her he no longer wants to be the way he was before he lost his memories, he tells her he is not the vampire she thinks he is, at least not anymore. Poor Pam is really getting the short end of the stick in this situation here. Up in Bill’s office he contacts the AVL’s spoke person Nan Flanagan and explains how he has both Eric and the witch in custody. He explains about Eric, well at least in his view, and recommends his true death. Nan says she will see what she can do and get back to him.

Over at Arlene and Terry’s they are woken by a fire in the bedroom. Terry gets Coby and Lisa out of the house but Arlene cannot find Mikey. Terry takes Arlene out and attempts to go back in when the house explodes. They find that Mikey was already outside when Mikey smiles and laughs seeing a mysterious woman smiling back but Arlene is not able to see anything there. The next morning Sam is there to survey e damages when Andy pulls up yelling at him. Sam tells him he has had about enough of his crap and they are interrupted when Holly asks Andy for assistance carrying some furniture. As they talk they end up agreeing to a date together at Merlotte’s.

Sam calls Tommy to let him know about the fires and tells him he will be there all day and asks if he can take over at the bar for him. Tommy still distraught over what happened with his parents starts hitting himself and turns into Sam. As if enough freaky things haven’t happened to this poor kid already. Sookie arrives at Merlotte’s to tell Sam that she cannot work. Not knowing that it is Tommy and not Sam, Tomsam fires her and tells her to get out. Tomsam then goes out into the restaurant to take charge where he finds Maxine Forttenberry. He goes to talk to her and find she his hurt upset and pissed at Tommy for leaving her the way he did.

Down in Mexico Lafayette and Jesus have breakfast with his Brujo grandfather. As Lafayette is grossed out about the serving of goat’s tongue, Jesus tells his grandfather that they seek help from him. After expressing his feeling that Jesus has stayed away from him for twenty years and now has the odassidy to come to him for help. He tells Jesus if he can bring him a sacrifice, then he will help him. That night Jesus and Lafayette sit in the field awaiting for this so called sacrifice when a snake approaches and Jesus captures it and takes it back to his grandfather. He shows Jesus and Lafayette that Marnie is using bloodletting to assume possession then has the snake bite Jesus. Lafayette is then possessed by a spirit and talks to Jesus to comfort him.

At Lafayette’s place Tara is woken up by a knock at the door. She opens the door to her lover from New Orleans and attempts to explain why she lied about who she was. Having every right, her girlfriend is highly pissed but they make up soon after. They end up going to Merlotte's for some dinner where Jessica goes to wait on them. While Tara starts to order, Jessica stops, her fangs come out and she takes off. Naomi asks Tara what that was all about and Tara replies "see, fucking vampires". Outside of Merlotte’s Tara and her girlfriend are greeted by Pam who makes it known that she is pissed and going to make good on her word to make her pay for what she and Marnie have done to her and Eric.

Sookie goes to Jason’s only to find him handcuffed to his own bed. Thinking it is a sex thing he got himself involved in yet again, Jason explains that he handcuffed himself to his bed because he believes he is going to turn into a were panther. Sookie realizing that he seriously believes what he is saying agrees to help him and take care of him throughout this ordeal. That night the two of them talk while sitting outside waiting to see if anything happens. Jason asks Sookie to go in and grab him a beer but when she comes back she finds that Jason ran off into the woods, she grabs a shotgun and runs in after him.

Out in the woods Jason starts to scare himself when he is frightened by Jessica arriving to make sure he is ok telling him she can sense his fear because he drank her blood. She stays with him to comfort him and make sure nothing happens to him understanding how he must feel since she went through something similar when she was made. Realizing that nothing is going to happen, Jason thanks Jessica for staying with him and awkwardly they say goodnight to each other.

Over in Shreveport, Alcide arrives home only to find Debbie sitting in his living room talking to the very man he kicked off his property last night, Marcus. Marcus apologizes on getting off on the wrong foot but that Debbie is welcomed in his pack and that he hopes Alcide would reconsider. Alcide tells him to leave and is pissed at Debbie for joining the pack without discussing it with him first. Debbie explains that she needs this so she doesn’t end up becoming who she used to be before. Alcide, the nice gullible guy that he is, agrees to go with her tonight to shift with the pack. That night they run into Sookie in the woods while she is out looking Jason. Sookie asks Alcide about how you would become a were panther but Debbie tells her you have to be born that way, happy about the news she leaves to find Jason to tell him he has nothing to worry about. Alcide, worried about Sookie alone in the woods, reluctantly goes with Debbie to join the pack.

Back at the Compton house, Marnie begs and tries to summon the spirit to come and help her. She is shown another vision of the Spirit being fed on and raped by vampire priests then burned at the stake. Afterwards she appears to Marnie and joins with her in the fight against vampires by possessing her body. Luis sees her on the monitor and goes down to find Marnie is possessed by Antonia, the witch who was burned at the Spanish Inquisition who had killed his maker. He goes to kill her when she stops him and takes control of him making him kneel in front of her like a dog.

Tomsam is surprised by a visit from Luna who unknowing that he is not really Sam seduces him into sleeping with her. Afterwards Tom Sam feeling sick and not knowing what is wrong, kicks Luna out of the trailer just in enough time before he shifts back to Tommy and becomes violently ill. After Sam is finished up from the fire, he arrives back to the trailer only to find Tommy passed out on the floor in a pile of blood and vomit…eeeeewwwww gross!!!!

Bill waits outside as the guards bring forth Eric for execution. When Eric is asked if he has anything to say before he dies, Eric says ho release Pam and to tell Sookie that was born when she found him that night. He also tells bill that Sookie deserves to be happy with whoever can give her happiness wether it is himself or Bill. Sookie is out still looking for Jason in the woods when suddenly Eric appears before her. He tells her that the king set him free and they run into each other’s arms where they finally come together and make love in the woods next to a stream. It is about bloody time!!!!
