The Former Mississipi King To Return!!

True Blood star Denis O'Hare has confirmed that he will return to the show.

The actor, who appeared in the HBO drama's third season as vampire king Russell Edgington, recently announced that he will reprise his role in a potential fifth run.

O'Hare told Film School Rejects: "It was up in the air. They were definitely bringing me back, it was just a matter of if they wanted to bring me back the last couple episodes [of season four] or bring me back at the beginning [of season five]. So they decided to do it at the beginning of season five."

O'Hare, who recently signed up for FX pilot American Horror Story, added that there will be "no limit" to Russell's actions in future episodes of True Blood.

"Obviously characters evolve, and part of the reason [Russell] evolved was they kept making him older and older," he explained. "We made him this Pagan Celt [and] they are just wild people.

"They have a very different relationship to everything in terms of nature and in terms of their own belief system. I just love that."

Interview With Denis O'Hare: Russell Isn't Crazy.....

When Denis O'Hare was asked to play the latest antagonist, Russell Edgington, the vampire king of Mississippi on HBO's hit skein "True Blood," accepting the role was a no brainer.

"It's one of my favorite shows," O'Hare says. "It's rare that you get to do a show that you actually love. It actually made me afraid because I loved it so much that I couldn't imagine being in that world.

"But once I got in the part and started thinking about it, I just got excited about the fact that it was a very powerful and charming character. It was such fun to play."

Saying Our Goodbye To Talbot

As much as I love Eric and his quest for revenge, I'm am very upset that he staked poor Talbot! Talbot, played by Theo Alexander, will be sorely missed. Even though he sometimes could come off as a spoiled little house wife, Talbot had so many great qualities.

Obviously, I think we can all agree that Russell Edgington's long time companion, husband, lover, and friend was as handsome as ever with his Mediterranean complexion and his slicked back long dark curls, not to forget those piercing blue eyes. But Talbot was more then just good looks.

Talbot had an exquisite taste in decor and a wonderful pallet for the culinary aspect of how his blood was prepared and served:

Let us not forget his love for century old ancient relics as well as his utmost respect and regard of his household, even though others around him did not:

How he made us laugh at all of his comments and temper tantrums:

Remember how we all felt sorry for Russell when he felt his beloved be taken away from him forever?! Even after decades of marital problems, Talbot was Russell's beloved and he broke down (and went completely berserk)at the site of Talbot's remains:

As you have just seen, Poor Russell has lost his mind over the loss of Talbot....lol

There are even tons of items over at the Billsbabes shop sporting Team Talbot!!!

So as we are all sad to have to see Talbot go, and to see the king of Mississippi loose the slightest bit of sanity he had left. I shall end this post with a tribute for the Celtic/Greek extravagant couple. Goodbye Talbot/Theo Alexander! You have captivated us and you will be sorely missed. RIP in your final death:
