Eric A Nightmare??

Fiona Shaw has revealed that her character on True Blood will get worse as the season progresses.

The Harry Potter actress, who plays the witch Marnie in the fourth season of the HBO series, stated that her character will face off against the vampires.

"Eric (Alexander Skarsgård) causes major trouble for me, so I'm going to defend Marnie," Shaw told Access Hollywood of Sunday's episode, in which she causes the blonde vampire to lose his memory. "Eric is a nightmare as far as I'm concerned."

Shaw went on to tease the upcoming episodes of True Blood, claiming that her character is a lot of fun to play.

"She becomes very unlovable, I have to say, as the season goes on," Shaw said. "She's a very exciting character to play, [a] direct hit with the vampires."

It was recently reported that actor Denis O'Hare, who played the vampire Russell Edgington in season three of True Blood, will be returning for the show's fifth run.

Meanwhile, True Blood creator Alan Ball has yet to sign on to a fifth season of the HBO series.
